SwyxWare 12.3x - Simple User for Call Routing

With SwyxWare 12.30 and newer versions no additional chargeable user profiles or licenses have to be booked with SwyxFlex and SwyxON for the Simple User for Call Routing, the so called "ECR-User". These users are automatically assigned the "Plain" profile in SwyxWare. An "ECR-User" cannot log on to a terminal or a softclient.

Please note that SwyxWare will automatically assign the profile "Plain" and thus perform an "ECR User" detection if no sip or authentication information is stored for the users.

For Swyx users who have e.g. only one device assigned, like a desk phone, the profile will be automatically set to "Plain" if no SIP or authentication information is stored in SwyxWare. As a consequence these users will not be able to logon to the end device. As a workaround we recommend to add authentication information for this user and to select the corresponding required feature profile again.

We will improve the behavior described above with the next release.
