Swyx Data Center Edition and Compact - Yealink RPS support EOL for versions older than 11.52

With SwyxWare version 11.25 Swyx released the Feature Pack for certified phones and enabled the use of Yealink devices with SwyxWare.

 The use of Yealink devices with hosted SwyxWare installations (Swyx Data Center Edition and Compact) requires an appropriate link between the device and the installation. To ensure this, we initially provided a dedicated cloud service, which is no longer required since SwyxWare version 11.52.

 Now, after more than 2 years of fall-back operation, we will switch off the service on 31.03.2022.

What does this mean for you?

If you are running a SwyxWare SDC or Compact in the versions between 11.25 and 11.52 together with Yealink devices, you should update them. If you do not update your installation, it will no longer be possible to "re-create" and "delete" certified Swyx phones from 01.04.2022 onwards.
