New download path for phone whitelist update

To consolidate the downloads there has been a change to the download path via FTP to load the PhoneWhitelist.

Previously, the DAT file and the MSI installer were also made available via ftp://ftp.swyx.de

Since SwyxWare version 11 there is a scheduled task that automatically downloads the whitelist every day. In the course of this, the additional download options were removed.

The DAT file can be downloaded manually here (as referenced in the scheduled task):
