Symptoms

VisualGroups Webinterface and web extension in SwyxIt! is not working properly while Swyx Analytics is installed on the same server than Swyx VisualGroups.l

Cause

Swyx Analytics installs a non used and necessary web service for SwyxWare environments, which is by default default running under Port 80 and 443.

 

Solution

To avoid port conflicts with the VisualGroups Web Service that is listening on the same ports, please deactivate the windows service „UC-Analytics Web“ right after installation of the Swyx Analytics.

Furthermore newer version of Swyx Analytics will install the above mentioned web service anymore.
