We are pleased to announce the release of our new Swyx version 14.20 for SwyxON, on-premises, and Compact for Data Center!

This new version comes with many new features and improvements that further enhance the communication experience for our customers.

Entra ID Integration & Microsoft 365 Integration

• SSO with Entra ID: SwyxIt! login via Microsoft account (formerly Azure AD) for users with Premium or Professional Bundle

• Display Name / Email Synchronization: User names are synced with Entra ID

• Foundation for Microsoft 365 Integration:

  • MS Teams Presence Sync

  • Calendar & contact synchronization

  • Free/busy availability in speed dial contact card

Outlook Integration Now Server-Based

• Name resolution, calendar sync, and free/busy display are now handled directly by the Swyx Server.

• The SwyxIt! Outlook Add-In is no longer required – please do not use both systems in parallel.

Swyx AI VoiceBot Integration

• Easy integration of DialoX VoiceBots via configuration in the Control Center

• Integration of skills, calendar services & communication channels (MS Teams, WhatsApp, etc.

New Features in SwyxIt! & Teams Connector

• Drag & Drop Ad-Hoc Conferences: Easily add calls to ongoing conferences

• Forward Active Calls to phone numbers, contacts, or held calls

• Improved USB Headset Stability, especially with Jabra devices

• Quickstart & What's New permanently available in the help menu

Automated Provisioning: Enreach DECT 600 S/L

• Automatic setup of base stations and handsets directly in the Swyx Control Center

• Supported devices include: BS 600 S/L, HS 630/650/670, SwyxPhone D565/D515
