This version includes the following improvements:

• Floating-based licensing: Dynamic license sharing among Swyx users now works under all conditions.
  Note:
  Previously, licenses were fixed to specific users. In older versions, users could log in and out of VisualGroups (VG) using specific suffixes (11 to log in, 10 to log out). With the new floating licensing, automatic logout from VG is required when users log out of Swyx to prevent login conflicts—especially for users who do not log in to VG via SwyxIt! Customers who continue using fixed VG users can proceed as before without enabling automatic logout in the admin settings.

• Preferred language in queues and report creation: The configured language of VisualGroups is now automatically applied.

• Correction when deleting a "Skill": The corresponding text display or reference has been corrected.

• Additional fixes:

  • Certain input fields did not allow the character sequence "<!", preventing users from setting SMTP passwords containing these characters. Neither a confirmation nor an error message was shown in the web interface; instead, a security warning appeared in the browser’s debugging tools. This issue affected multiple browsers and input fields.

  • VisualGroup traces are now always stored in the Swyx file directory.

  • The port of the Wallboard for SwyxON tenants has been corrected.

  • Issues in the web extension when selecting more than 12 categories have been resolved. The selection is now saved correctly.

  • Scrollbars in the web extension now function as intended (in 14 HD skins).

  • Display of agents in the queue section: Agents are now shown even when they are not logged in, as long as the corresponding configuration parameter is set.

  • Italian and French email texts are now HTML-encoded.
