Recommended Yealink Firmware Versions from Swyx 12.40 and Higher

The information in this article applies to the following current Yealink products:

• Yealink desktop phones of the T5 series (T53, T53W, T54W, T57W)
• Yealink desktop phones of the T3 series (T31G)
• Yealink conference phones of the CP series (CP925, CP965)

as well as Yealink products that are discontinued but still supported (End of Sales):

• Yealink desktop phones of the T4 series (T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S)
• Yealink conference phones of the CP series (CP920, CP960, CP960WM)

Supported Swyx versions:

• Swyx/SwyxON versions from 12.40

T5 phones (T53, T53W, T54W, T57W):

T4 phones (T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S):

Yealink phones of the T4xS series have been discontinued by the manufacturer since March 31, 2022. There will be no further new development or functional enhancements for these phones. The manufacturer will only provide software bug fixes. Details can be found in the manufacturer's End of Life announcements.

The Yealink conference phone CP925 is supported from Swyx 13.27.

 *Bridge-Firmware: necessary to update to V78.84.133.8 from V78.81.0.23

The two step update will be done automatically by SwyxWare 12.20.

The Yealink CP920 conference phone has been discontinued by the manufacturer since June 30, 2022. There will be no further new development or functional enhancements for these phones. The manufacturer will only provide software bug fixes. Details can be found in the manufacturer's End of Life announcement.

CP965:

The Yealink conference phone CP965 is supported from Swyx 13.27.

CP960:
