Yealink Firmware up to Swyx version 12.40

• Yealink desktop phones of the T4 series (T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S)
• Yealink desktop phones of the T5 series (T53, T53W, T54W, T57W)
• Yealink conference phones of the CP series (CP920, CP960)
• Swyx up to version 12.40

This article gives an overview of the supported Yealink firmware versions for different SwyxWare versions up to and including version 12.40.

Swyx always recommends to user the most recent firmware version, which is indicated by the highest firmware version number.

T5 phones (T53, T53W, T54W, T57W):

The Yealink desktop phone T5 series is supported from Swyx Version 12.40.

T4 phones (T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S):

*Bridge-Firmware: Phones have to be updated to V66.85.133.6 (from V66.85.133.3) before updating SwyxWare to V12.40 (see for the related helpcenter article)

CP920:

 *Bridge-Firmware: necessary to update to V78.84.133.8 from V78.81.0.23. 

The two step update will be done automatically by SwyxWare 12.20.

CP960:

 *Bridge-Firmware: necessary to update to V73.84.133.3 from V78.82.0.4

The two step update will be done automatically by SwyxWare 12.20.
