SwyxDECT 500 Base Station firmware v4.50 released

The information in this article applies to the following products:

• SwyxPhone D565 

SUMMARY

Swyx releases the new firmware v4.50 for DECT 800 base stations and corresponding SwyxPhones.

INFORMATION

Main changes:

• Now supports the latest version of Konftel 300Wx by enlarging the IPEI range
• Improved and reliable operation of several base stations in a network

Further bugfixes can be found in the attached release notes.

It is recommended to perform the firmware update of the DECT system in a large maintenance window or after the end of service at the weekend, as the update may take some time depending on the system size until all devices are updated.

Please inform users that they place their handsets in the charging station at the end of duty.

 Please delete the G.722 codec on the bases in advance.
