IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
GDPR-relevant information included in the ticket (trace logs, screenshots, etc.) and attached files are NOT deleted once the support case is closed, and we are not permitted to delete them manually (tamper-proofing).
To ensure that the analysis data is destroyed in a GDPR-compliant manner after the support case is closed, we are only permitted to process traces that have been made available to us via the Trace Tool.
Only these files will be deleted after the ticket is closed.
Likewise, we are not permitted to access any external cloud storage (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.).
Tickets that contain sensitive information upon opening will be closed and deleted.
Please create a new ticket if necessary, and upload the analysis data using the Trace Tool.
The Trace Tool can be installed separately on any compatible Windows PC.
Start the SwyxWare installation, uncheck all SwyxWare services, and leave only the Trace Tool checked.
If the Trace Tool is temporarily unavailable, we can generate an upload link (Swyx File Exchange) that can be used to upload the files.
