SUMMARY

Enreach, in collaboration with Aurenz GmbH, has released a new major version of Swyx Analytics.

With Swyx Analytics V15, we deliver a comprehensive update focusing on VisualGroups, performance, enhanced analytics capabilities, and Microsoft integration.
This version is compatible with Swyx 14.

INFORMATION

A wide range of new features and improvements have been introduced since Swyx Analytics version 14.1.2.04/5.

Performance & Scalability

  • Significant performance improvements for UC Analytics for Microsoft Teams through optimized data storage
  • Faster processing of large data imports
  • Optimized filter handling in the Data Explorer and reduced loading times for complex dashboards
  • Improvements in SQL processing:
    • More stable thread handling
    • Reduced memory-related issues
  • Enhanced backup validation:
    • Verification of access to log shares
    • Verification of write capability (log file creation)
  • Optional performance optimization:
    • Exclusion of large monitor files (DIVXDATA) from backup and reindex processes

Analytics for VisualGroups

New Evaluations

  • Agent Status – Aggregated:
    • Daily totals per agent (login time and talk time)
  • Internal Call Handling:
    • Shows how many calls each agent has handled

Data Integration

  • VisualGroups data is now stored in the SQL database
  • Available for use in:
    • Dashboards

Extended Functionality
