We are pleased to announce the release of Swyx VisualGroups 2.0.6131.

This update introduces numerous new features, optimizations, and technical improvements to provide even more powerful queue and supervisor management.

The release will be available for download no later than tomorrow. Availability on SwyxON is planned for next Monday and will be separately announced.

Highlights of the New Features

New Supervisor Dashboard

With Swyx VisualGroups Supervisor, a powerful new supervisor functionality is now available (additional licenses required):

  • Real-time dashboard for agent and queue monitoring
  • Live KPIs and alerts
  • Interactive control options
  • Support for up to 200 agents and 20 queues
  • Data refresh every three seconds

This feature is exclusively available with Swyx VisualGroups Enhanced and is licensed per named supervisor.

LUA Support for ECR Scripts

The ECR scripts for all VisualGroups queues are now based on LUA.

Please note:

  • Custom ECR scripts or Rule Wizard scripts assigned to VisualGroups user queues must be recreated after installing Swyx VisualGroups 2.0. In general, we strongly recommend not assigning additional scripts to a VG user.
  • LUA support only affects VisualGroups queue users. All other users remain unaffected by this change.

Queue Music on Hold

Administrators can now upload audio files directly in the Control Center for playback to callers waiting in queue.

The audio playback alternates with queue position announcements.

Improved Privacy Protection

A new option has been added to disable the display of accepted call counts per agent on the agent wallboard.

Optimized User Management

Users deleted in Swyx are now automatically deactivated in VisualGroups when the administrator opens the user management section.

Inactive users are automatically removed after two months in order to preserve reporting data consistency.

Technical Improvements

Version 2.0.6131 also includes several important bug fixes:

  • Resolved stale queue entries after call acceptance
  • Fixed call delivery while agents are set to “Away” or “Do Not Disturb”
  • Improved queue forwarding logic
  • Fixed sporadic issues with parallel queue memberships

These improvements provide greater stability, more accurate statistics, and more reliable routing
