If a SwyxWare system is updated to version 14.25 or 14.26, or if a new installation is carried out, some SwyxPhone L-series devices may display the message “No licence available” after a user has tried to log in.
This behaviour is caused by an outdated version of the SwyxPhone whitelist file (PhoneWhitelist.dat), which is included in the installation build.
Solution:
The SwyxPhone whitelist file must be updated immediately following a fresh installation or an update of SwyxWare to version 14.25 or 1426.
The PhoneWhitelist.dat file can be updated by following these options:
- Running the PhoneWhitelistUpdate task in the task scheduler manually (the task must be installed via the SwyxWare Configuration Wizard)
- Manually replace the PhoneWhitelist.dat file in the directory C:\ProgramData\Swyx\IpPbxServer.
The latest version of PhoneWhitelist.dat can be downloaded from the Enreach website (https://enreach.de/de/service/downloads). - The PhoneWhitelist.dat file is automatically replaced when the installation MSI is run. The installation MSI can be downloaded via the link (https://cpe.swyx.com/whitelist/PhoneWhitelist.msi).
