SwyxDECT 800: New WinPDM v4.3.0 Software Released

SUMMARY

A manual firmware update of the SwyxPhone DECT handsets via programming cradle requires the WinPDM software from OEM manufacturer Ascom.
The latest version, v4.3.0, is now available for download in the restricted part of the Enreach Help Center.

INFORMATION

In standard operation of a SwyxDECT 800 without extended DECT integration, the firmware update of the SwyxPhone DECT handsets is not performed simply "Over the Air," but rather via device-specific programming cradles (accessory items).
Operating these programming cradles and updating the handsets requires the WinPDM software from OEM manufacturer Ascom. The new version 4.3.0 is now available and includes, in addition to general software maintenance, new features:

• Support for multiple programming cradles on a single PC
• Improved Windows 11 compatibility

Note:
This software is only needed when operating the SwyxDECT 800 in the standard configuration and when no other firmware update options are available (e.g., Ascom Unite).
