We are pleased to announce the release of Swyx VisualGroups 2.1.6267.

The release is now available for download from our website and on SwyxON.

This is a maintenance release in which we have primarily implemented the following improvements:

Improvements in detail

Call Distribution

  • Fixed an issue where, with the Parallel call strategy, a newly logged-in agent did not receive queue calls, even though the incoming call was displayed in the agent’s web extension. Other available agents received the call as expected.
  • Fixed an issue where, with the Parallel call strategy and an unlimited wrap-up time, agents still received new queue calls while in wrap-up. Agents in wrap-up are now correctly excluded from call distribution until they manually end their wrap-up.
